Nav & Joe’s wedding was one of the few this year that Michael and I shot together. We have such an amazing team of second shooters and we love them all!
A few things about Nav & Joe. Nav is such an amazing bride, because she’s just awesome. She’s very punctual, and the entire wedding ran on time! Both of her wedding dresses were absolutely stylish and stunning. Joe is creative and loves fishing (check out their awesome cake topper later in the post!). From the sounds of it, Nav has many years ahead of music blasting and early morning fishing trips. Both teachers, their students are very lucky to have such amazing people help them grow and develop
One of the coolest stories I’ve heard in a long time belongs to Nav and one of her maids of honour Elle. They became penpals in grade 3/4, and have been corresponding for the past 19 years. They only met for the first time 10 years ago, and the second time they ever saw each other in person was for Nav’s wedding. Being around these two you would never know that they haven’t spent time together, and it’s a really true friendship.
Nav & Joe: we wish you a life of love and joy. You have an incredible group of family and friends supporting you and we had an awesome time at your wedding!

Joe tried to offer his groomspeople as barter for Nav – I don’t think the bridesmaids accepted that one…
The day before the wedding, Nav went to see a preview of her florals at faBLOOMosity – this is her reaction to seeing the second of her two bouquets… I have to agree with her! Wow!
