Carin & Pouya – Edmonton Broadway Spectacular

Exciting news – Carin & Pouya’s wedding has been featured on Rock n Roll Bride! What a huge honour!

When we first hear about Carin & Pouya’s wedding we were excited and intrigued. A Broadway theme, with a unique musical for each table at the reception, and Atmosphere Wedding Planning and Design for the planner. Awesome! Carin loves Broadway and saw her first show a few years ago courtesy of Pouya. Her beautiful dress is from the famed Kleinfelds!

Fabulous makeup artist Anita Gill helped to make Carin look amazing.

A Broadway-themed wedding needs to have a lot of drama, and a lot of sparkle. These shoes give you a taste of that! Carin’s are the pink sparkly ones in the middle.

Melissa spent the morning with the guys getting ready.

Gennie & Antonio – Hot Summer Edmonton Wedding

I’ve known Gennie for a few years now, and had the pleasure of getting to know Antonio after they started dating. Gennie and Antonio met when she was working in Mexico, and she moved down there to stay with him. Eventually he moved up to Canada and now they have celebrated their wedding here! A few members of Antonio’s family traveled to Canada for the event, and many more sent video messages.

These little guys were so cute! In a twist on the sand ceremony, Gennie & Antonio combined sand from Puerto Vallarta (where they met) and Cancun (where they lived together).

This little guy didn’t seem too impressed by the first kiss.

This was our first time shooting in the Edmonton Hotel & Convention Centre, and it was beautiful!

The dating game! This question was – what bugs Gennie most about Antonio.

Todd & Sherie – Hastings Lake Gardens and Woodvale

Todd and Sherie were married on a beautiful day in July. They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Hastings Lake Gardens, and Sherie even surprised Todd with a song. These two are soul mates and their whole day was filled with love and joy.
